What goes around comes around. This time we're talking about the Wheel of Fortune.
Card Meaning
This card is a representation of pure luck, karma and the natural process of change. The Wheel turns, and life moves on.
In a Yes/No query this card usually means Yes if the question is about change and No if the question is about stability or stasis.
Setting Specific Design
The card links to the distant cultures of Pytheria and Syan, rather than the central kingdom of Sabria. Dotted around the outside of the wheel are a faun, a daemon, a phoenix, a sphinx, an angel, a winged bull and a winged lion. These figures of myth and legend show that Sabrians, like the people of real medieval europe, retold legends and myths of ancient gods and monsters. However, unlike the real world, we know that magic was stronger in the past in the world of the Collegia Magica; so it isn't completely outside the realms of possibility that some of these creatures may actually have existed. Could one or two of their descendants still haunt the forgotten corners of the world?
Mechanical Impact
During character generation this is the card of card of gamblers, fortune tellers and seers.
Mechanically this card is wild for mundane characters and, when played, instead of exhausting this card you return the Wheel of Fortune to the deck by burying it.
